The IGOEE is administered by the Touchstone Institute in Toronto under referral from the Federation of Optometric Regulatory Authorities of Canada (FORAC). It evaluates internationally educated candidates against entry-to-practice Canadian optometry standards.

Component A: Clinical MCQ Examination
